Loan Hunter is a specialist mortgage brokerage founded in 2016 by Sam Yoong, built on a commitment to delivering tailored lending solutions and exceptional client care. From its beginnings as a one-person operation, Loan Hunter has grown into a dynamic team of four dedicated professionals.

Led by Sam Yoong and Jovy Leong, the team brings a combined 36 years of industry experience — 19 years for Sam and 17 years for Jovy. Together, they have written 4,500+ loan applications and settled more than $5+ billion in loans, helping thousands of clients achieve their property and financial goals.

Loan Hunter works with a broad range of clients — from first-home buyers taking their first step into the property market, to experienced investors building multi-property portfolios — and has a strong specialisation in servicing medical industry professionals.
